These Terms of Service govern the use of Spectator, an AI-powered document analysis and requirements engineering platform operated by GETWIZE AG i.Gr., Leipziger Platz 15, 10117 Berlin, Germany ("we", "us").

By accessing or using Spectator, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

Spectator provides AI-powered extraction and verification of requirements from documents and source code repositories. All AI processing is performed locally using on-premise language models. We do not transmit your data to external AI providers.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the platform.
• Keep account credentials confidential and report any unauthorized access promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

Spectator and its underlying software are proprietary. All rights, title, and interest in and to the software remain with GETWIZE AG i.Gr. Users retain full ownership of all documents, code, and requirements data they upload or generate.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Spectator is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. AI-generated content must always be reviewed by qualified personnel before use in production systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of extracted requirements or verification results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GETWIZE AG i.Gr. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Spectator, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Berlin, Germany.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Spectator after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
